Energy Ball Tutorial

This is a quite old tutorial made by Video Copilot on how to create a energy ball within some footage. This tutorial is just after effects based so i believe it would be fairly easy for me to create due to my experience with after effects. i don't think i will be creating this effect anytime soon due to my lectures being mainly about Maya fluids and Realflow effects. My final piece is about destruction so this effect cause come in well in a later date.
